The Population Health Alliance (PHA) aims to address the health needs of our community, as identified in the Calhoun Health Needs Assessment. We focus on shrinking the health gap in Calhoun County.

An Evolving Mission

Our team works within sectors of our local government and community to create lasting change. We’re made up of local leaders, business owners, healthcare professionals, and other sectors that impact the overall public health outcomes of people in our community.
